Departments

Staff: responsible for issues that affect quality efforts, research, business intelligence, evaluation, facility services, art and property development.

Information department: responsible for all types of information inside and outside of the company.

Administration department: responsible for financial and personnel issues. The department includes IT, Reception and janitors.

Property Management: responsible for managing all of the company's buildings. The department also covers business and residential rentals.

Property technology: Responsible for maintenance and repair of properties and the inspection of apartments. Also covers a number of specialist functions within fire prevention and safety, elevators and electrical, grounds, energy, accessibility, the environment, and control & monitoring. The department also handles incoming fault reports.

Building projects is responsible for all forms of new construction and reconstruction and any project instructions commissioned by the company.

Neglected maintenance is a fixed-term project running from 2006 until 2016.
The aim of the project is to plan and implement maintenance work in various properties that have not been renovated for long periods of time.
