Secure accommodation with high standards

Micasa Fastigheter’s fundamental values are based on commitment, innovation, consideration and knowledge. These four words sum up the approach that permeates all areas and everything we do.

Coming home should be a pleasant experience. Home is a place offering peace and quiet, but also a functional place that simplifies everyday tasks. Micasa Fastigheter works to create a pleasant, secure and well-functioning home.

Micasa Fastigheter wants to look after its tenants – consideration and care come first

Micasa Fastigheter should offer residences with high basic standards, and provide a choice of services and facilities. Cooperation with caregivers and with the city district administrations is important if we are to build residences that are tailored to the tenants and the activities conducted.

It is also important that we cooperate with researchers and universities in order to find the optimal way to build and convert accessible and secure residences. Tenants should also be given the opportunity to submit their views on the design of appropriate and effective properties.
In order to do this, Micasa Fasigheter should have committed and well-trained personnel who draw on their own and other’s experience in property management and maintenance.

Properties that are tailored to activities and tenants’ support needs

A number of different activities are run in Micasa’s assisted living housing, ranging from daytime activities to demanding round-the-clock care. This demands a high level of property management skills of our employees.

The number of properties can change, due to acquisitions or sales. This is what the property portfolio looks like today, by activity.
