Micasa Fastigheter allocates student accommodation in Stockholm. Student apartments are located in Nockebyhov/Bromma, Midsommarkransen/Hägersten, Vårberg/Skärholmen and Akalla/Kista. You can apply for an apartment with us if you are studying, or about to begin your studies, at the university or one of the university colleges that has a student union affiliated to SSCO, the Stockholm Federation of Student Unions, or if you are an exchange student, researcher or visiting researcher. The minimum age is 18.
