The property
The Sveaborg property was built in 1974 and is located in Akalla in Kista. The address of the student apartments is Sibeliusgången 20 B. Building 20 B also contains other forms of accommodation besides student apartments. The property is right by Akalla subway station and shopping mall.

Rental agreement
The housing is being made available as temporary, substitute accommodation, on the condition that the tenant is studying at university or college. The tenant is not entitled to assign the right of tenancy to anyone else.

Moving in
Tenants may move into Sveaborg as soon as a rental agreement has been signed.
