The property

Rental agreement
The housing is being made available as temporary, substitute accommodation, on the condition that the tenant is studying at university or college. The tenant is not entitled to assign the right of tenancy to anyone else.
A mutual notice period of three calendar months applies.
Moving in
Tenants may move in as soon as a rental agreement has been signed.
