The property
Ceremonien was built in 1975 and is situated on a shady, wooded hillside. Ceremonien is in Nockeby (Bromma), on the way to Drottningholm, with excellent bus connections to Brommaplan and the subway. The address of the student apartments is Gubbkärrsvägen 21. The building is around 100 meters away from the bus stop on Gubbkärrsvägen.
Rental agreement
The rental agreement is for a fixed period of time, since the property is due to be converted back into care accommodation during the first half of 2012. When the tenant signs the rental agreement with Micasa Fastigheter he or she must also waive their right to security of tenure in a separate document that will be approved by the Rent and Leasehold Tribunal.
The housing is granted as temporary accommodation, on condition that the tenant is studying at university or college. The tenant is not entitled to assign the right of tenancy to anyone else. A mutual notice period of three calendar months applies.
The apartments
All the apartments have a shower room and foldaway kitchen or kitchenette. Most of the apartments have a balcony. It's important for a future tenant to be aware of the fact that standard can differ from apartment to apartment. Also be aware of that in most bathrooms there are traces on walls from hooks, shelves and handles that wont be fixed or adjusted.

Rent level
SEK 3,290–5,278 per month (2009). Electricity is included in the rent.
Internet
Internet access is available. 7-10Mbit/s downloading speed and 0.7-1Mbit/s uploading speed is included in the rent. This can be upgraded to 24/1 and even 50/10 in future, for a very reasonable price.
Access
There is a lift, but no other adaptations for disabled tenants.
Other areas
The laundry room on the ground floor (better than having to go down to the basement) has six washing machines and three tumble dryers. It will be possible to do your washing at any time of day. There are storage areas for all apartments, either on the ground floor or in the basement. The property also has a recycling room. There are common rooms furnished by Micasa Fastigheter in all the hallways. Ceremonien also has a spacious, sheltered outdoor area.

There are garage spaces available for hire via Stockholm Stads Parkering.
Neighborhood and services
Despite its central location, the accommodation is close to Lake Mälaren and other recreational areas. It takes ten minutes to walk to Brostugan café, and the same amount of time to get to the Ängby bathing area on Mälaren. Drottningholm Palace is a 20-minute walk away. Nockeby shopping mall is 2 kms away, and it takes just over 20 minutes to walk to Brommaplan.
