Internal waiting list

The waiting list is managed by Stockholm Housing Service.
Residents in a senior residence or in a regular rental property with Micasa Fastigheter can switch apartments by signing up the internal housing waiting list. The waiting time is determined by the date when the current agreement took effect.

Registration requires access to:
• Civil ID number
• Agreement number
• Housing company
• Login code found on the rental notice (only for contact via the Internet)
