Properties & residences

The properties include senior housing, care homes and a few standard rental apartments. All apartments are rental apartments.

Our senior residences, and standard apartments the apartments are allocated by Stockholm Housing Service (Bostadsförmedlingen i Stockholm AB).

A number of our properties include commercial areas,  such as storage space, office areas and shops. Rentals are handled directly by Micasa Fastigheter.

Micasa Fastigheter is the property manager for care homes, which include service homes, group homes, treatment homes and former nursing homes. The residences are operated by the district administration, healthcare companies and social welfare services. In order to obtain a place in a care home, you must undergo a care assessment by your district administration.
