Board of Directors

Clara Lindblom (v) is chairman of the board at Micasa Fastigheter. According to the corporate bylaws, the board of directors must consist of at least five, and at most seven, members and between three and seven deputy board members. It currently consists of seven members, including the chairman and five deputy members.

Micasa Fastigheter's board of directors meets approximately six times per year. The minutes of the board meeting are published roughly three weeks after the meeting on Insyn, the City of Stockholm system for council documents.
